Shipping policy

We aim to fulfil all orders as soon as possible. We ask our customers to kindly provide a telephone number when placing their orders, this will help tremendously in making sure orders are cleared and arrive in your hands in a proper time frame.

Shipping costs:

Free delivery on orders over 150 AED - 3-7 days delivery for all emirates.

40 AED - next day delivery in Dubai for orders placed before 9pm. Our couriers are off on Saturdays, so orders placed on Friday will be delivered on Sunday.

45 AED - next day delivery to other emirates in the UAE for orders placed before 9pm. Our couriers are off on Saturdays, so orders placed on Friday will be delivered on Sunday.

15 AED - 3-7 days delivery to other emirates in the UAE.

Delivery to remote areas can take 5-10 days.

Please note that we do not guarantee these delivery times due to third-party factors beyond our control. 

Delivery fee to Saudi Arabia, Oman, Bahrain and Kuwait depends on the order weight and is calculated on checkout. Delivery to Saudi Arabia, Oman, Bahrain and Kuwait takes on average 10-14 days after receiving an order.

Orders placed after July 20 will be delivered after August 14.
